[exim-dev] New Website

Suggested new website changes:

Convenience:

- Add a (more obvious) 'Home' choice in the top menu bar

- Add backlinks to the primary website to both the bug tracker and Wiki
ELSE open them in a iFrame?

- Add an 'About' choice in the top menu bar. Use it for sub-menus of 'History'
and 'Development Team', ELSE separate menu choices for each.

- Move references to Smail 3 into the 'History' area.


Aesthetics:

- Set top blue header panel to same floating width as body.

- OR the reverse..

- OR .. set grey sidebars to white so they still center the text, but are not
in obvious contrast w/r the blue header's width.


Other Content Structure:

In 'Credits' consider splitting into sub-sections or paragraphs for:

- Exim itself the devel process and historical team (fixed) and current
developers (more dynamic)

- Website devel/maintainer(s) (present and previous)

- Optionally something about and/or links to:

-- Bug tracker devel/maintainer(s)

-- Wiki devel/maintainer(s)

-- Mailing list devel/maintainer(s)


Language - Front page:

Suggest a paragraph split at:

'There may be beta versions available...'

And changing to:

'There may be 4.X beta versions available...'

(at present it is not clear that it is not citing beta versions of 3.X)
