Also bulk transfers (scp etc.)? If not, it may be a MTU issue (SixXs
recommends 1280, AFAIR).
Until recently I had a root server with SixXS tunnel and never had
problems reaching tahini (though I used it mostly with outgoing smtp,
http mostly for downloading new exim releases).

Does the "telnet test" Graeme used works for you?
