I checked some other MTAs:
ZMailer/MSExchange rejects it
Qmail/Postfix allow it
(These may/may not have been configured to use the defaults if an option
exists.)
I'm not sure that going down the route of "this can be done in an ACL" simply
because we now have the ability to specify the return code is a good idea. For
one thing, it generates a different log message.
