Next version of exim will have an option to use %M instead of %D (see
bug item http://bugs.exim.org/show_bug.cgi?id=486).


OR

Just rotate the logs at the end of the day into whatever filename you
want - I keep mine in yyyy/ww/d.[main|reject]
