If you go down this route you can automate this:
- If you're using Exchange 2003 or earlier then you can use ExMerge
to export all the mailboxes in one go
- If you're using Exchange 2007 then you can use the admin shell to
do it (although I think you need SP1 and Outlook to be installed)
