When I send a message to another person on my domain (mydomain.com) using
Exim (smtp.mydomain.com) I should see the message appear in my inbox, but
nothing comes in at all. (I have separate incoming and outgoing mail
servers and Exim is on the outgoing server).

I see in the server log it shows "R=localuser" and "T=local_delivery", but
the mailboxes are on my other server so I assume this is the part that needs
correcting. Here is the log (I apologize for the anonymous details, not
sure if you need the real things):
