The simplest way is to have /etc/aliases remap the local part to the
appropriate server:
/etc/aliases
john.smith: jsmith@???
jane.doe: jdoe@???
Then all you need in the router section is the standard and simple
router:
system_aliases:
driver = redirect
data = ${lookup{$local_part}lsearch*{/etc/aliases}}
