As with many questions asked on this list, the answer is in several
places in the docs. If you look back at the high-level overview you'll
find:

http://www.exim.org/exim-html-current/doc/html/spec_html/ch03.html

http://www.exim.org/exim-html-current/doc/html/spec_html/ch03.html#SECTprocaddress

"When it generates one or more new addresses from the original, each of
them is routed independently from the start."

http://www.exim.org/exim-html-current/doc/html/spec_html/ch03.html#SECTrunindrou

"Any child addresses generated by the router are processed
independently, starting with the first router by default."

http://www.exim.org/exim-html-current/doc/html/spec_html/ch03.html#SECID18

"Alternatively, the router may generate one or more new addresses
(typically from alias, forward, or filter files). New addresses are fed
back into this process from the top, but in order to avoid loops, a
router ignores any address which has an identically-named ancestor that
was processed by itself."

I know that this meta-subject has come up endlessly, but there are a
good number of people subscribed to this list who spend ages searching
before posting. Exim has almost perfect documentation when compared to
many F/OSS projects (mainly due to Philip's other-worldly diligence). If
you spend some time familiarising yourself with it (that's a singular
"you" as well as a collective one) then you will avoid the repetition of
comments you find so offensive.

I do hope you'll start to make something of an effort. Many subscribers
will appreciate it, since you clearly have a great deal of time to spend
"doing Exim stuff" and you're full of ideas.
