Re: [exim] The next Exim release - will there be one ?

Hi David,

You only have to take a look around this mailing list to realise that Exim
is fiercely loved by those of us who use it. I have every faith in the
developers that Exim will continue to be well maintained and feature rich
going forward.

Personally, I'm not looking to move away from Exim as (imho) there isn't
anything that provides me with the power and flexibility that Exim offers.

I think ultimately, before you panic, you should give the Exim developers
a good 6-12 months to find their feet now that Philip has left. Also,
don't be too concerned with release cycles... the last version of Postfix
was released months ago, but you won't find Postfix admins jumping ship.

My two cents? Exim is bigger than just one man...

Just be patient.
