[exim] Bouncing Over Quotta

I have this in my retry section:

begin retry

*                      quota
*                      rcpt_4xx    F,6h,15m; F,4d,1h
*                      *           F,2h,15m; G,16h,1h,1.5; F,4d,8h

Is there anyway to only send a quotta based bounce message if the
header of the message in questions does not contain: "X-Spam-Status:
Yes"?

I doubt it but thought I would ask.
