An administration free email system is a utopia. Good administration
means reasonably trouble free, bad administration means lots of trouble
(sooner or later) and possibly serious bitrot and disintegration. Assp
does have a web interface, configuration of it could be done by a non
administrator who knows what (s)he is doing and doing it carefully (and
monitor it).
