We're only using Courier as an IMAP server. At present vpopmail puts
mail under /var/vpopmail/domains/<domain>/<username>, I'm planning to
move these into the user's home directories and use passwd or PAM
authentication, to keep things simple for those taking over from me.

The fewer bits there are to administer the more likely it is that
they'll be able to deal with the system.
