Given that you haven't shown us your configuration, I'd say it's unlikely :-)

If you want to diagnose the problem yourself, try running with debugging
enabled. You might find doing something like "exim -d+all -bh 69.142.30.233"
helpful.

If you want people here to help, you'll probably need to reveal more about
your configuration. For example, it might be a good idea to post your
exim.conf on the web somewhere, then give us a link.
