My experience has been the you must have message with drop. log_message is
optional on a drop but I don't believe neccessary as message is also logged
to the exim logs.
Ex:
drop message = REJECTED - Spammer Connected to FAKE highest MX record...
dnslists = hostkarma.junkemailfilter.com=127.0.0.4
