It would seem that the MXes for implicit.com have changed:
marco@mailsrv01:~$ host -t MX implicit.com
implicit.com mail is handled by 5 smtp.implicit.com.
implicit.com mail is handled by 10 smtp.oleane.net.
marco@mailsrv01:~$ host mail.implicit.com
Host mail.implicit.com not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

I'd say that either your server is set to the wrong smarthost (if it
is set to mail.implicit.com), or the smarthost has a DNS cache issue,
depending on where the bounce came from.
This message was a permanent error, so the original e-mail has been
lost.
