You're getting two different errors.

The RCPT address is not valid, for whatever reason.

And this time, sender verify failed. This might happen for both cases,
but as your examples actually talk to two distinctly different machines
(look at the banners) and use different test data, so you're talking
about apples'n'pears.

In the first case, "RCPT TO: gordonmckee@???" seems to
be the invalid part, so check your forwarding config and make sure that
the local part is valid.

The second case, where verification is failing, should timeout in DNS
terms sometime this afternoon and might start working then. If it
doesn't, you're on the 50p/min support line to 123-Reg, as nothing we
can do here is going to glean insider info from their systems
(regardless of how much access list members have historically had!).
