it seems like match_ip returns false if IP addresses are mixed with
hostnames
80.68.246.45 in "localhost : 80.68.246.45"? no (cannot match host name
in match_ip list)
80.68.246.45 in "127.0.0.1 : 80.68.246.45"? yes (matched "80.68.246.45")
