you might be, but I'm not! I have seen a number of sites
(mostly admittedly running Exchange) where sending to
given (living) users alternates between successful
completion and 5xx over-quota errors on a timescale of
hours to days.

(Investigation suggests in the case I'm thinking of that
this is a consequence of miserly quotas and high mail
volumes.)
