Subject: [exim] delivering unfrozen messages

i had some messages that got frozen with

'Too many "Received" headers - suspected mail loop'

as one of my servers was offline. i havefixed the problem now so that these messages can be delivered but when i unfreeze the message with

exim -Mt ID

and then try to deliver it again with

exim -d -M ID

it gives me the same error without trying to contact the mailserver that was down.

is there a way of delivering such messages?

thanks
