The only reason to use any blacklist is if you want to
(deny/defer/mark up) mail which meets the blacklist's listing policy.
So you *must* start by reading up on the policies of the blacklist and
decide if it's for you or not. We can't tell you that.
Technically, Exim is able to use pretty much any DNSBL, of which
there are hundreds.
