[exim] Virusscan > Kaspersky Suspicious files

I'll use kaspersky as mailscanner using av_scanner = .. .

Kaspersky supports to notify password crypted attachments.

Is there maybe any working implemantion for exim using this feature. I would
change the subject of a mail with crypted archives.
