[exim] exim and router configuration

I can’t find solution. I have exim configured that all massages are going throw smart host.

smart_route:
driver = manualroute
transport = remote_smtp
route_list = !+local_domains smarthost.ref.example byname

How can I change, that mail to domain: a.b.c is going direct throw mail server x.a.b.c not a smart host smarthost.ref.example.
