The underscore character (_) *isn't* allowed in the HELO/EHLO
greeting. So "exec_server.spier.co.za" is incorrect. Ask whoever
is responsible for this mail server to fix this.

See the description for the main configuration parameter
"helo_allow_chars" if you want to allow this character in the
HELO/EHLO greeting.
