[exim] missing email problem

Dear Exim Community,



My name is Thad and I am new to Exim. I am having a problem with missing
emails. Here is the output in the exim_mainlog of one of the missing
emails:

I am tbryson, and I did not get the email from kbass, even though it did
show up in the system. It was not in my Inbox. What am I doing wrong?
