[exim] changing time for 25 to answer

Hi,

I have scanned thru the docs but could not locate the variable that controls
how long exim waits before answering port 25.


IE: telnet 192.168.1.12 25

30 seconds or so, then I get:

220 serverone ESMTP Exim 4.43 Wed, 08 Feb 2006 20:23:34 -0500
