Then you should get your provider to fix your reverse DNS.

$ host 24.143.132.148
148.132.143.24.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer
cpe-24-143-132-148.cable.alamedanet.net.
$ host cpe-24-143-132-148.cable.alamedanet.net
Host cpe-24-143-132-148.cable.alamedanet.net not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

As already mentioned, you should also fix your HELO string.
