The double '=' is the end of one encoded-word and the beginning of the
next, but RFC 1522 (http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc1522.html) section 5
requires that each encoded-word be separated from adjacent encoded-words
or "text" by linear whitespace (whitespace between two encoded-words are
to be ignored when decoding), so clearly the client is broken.
