In a quoted local part can be every US-ASCII character (" and \ must be
quoted to be in a quoted sting, see RFC2822 Section 3.2.5).

But, just rushed into my mind, I think you could use a character which
is denied in the acl_smtp_rcpt. In the default configurtion this is
@,%,!,/ or |.

Yes, it works. I found it handier. Is there a performance profit of
using '<' instead of '${sg{<subject>}{<regex>}{<replacement>}}'?
