OK, the problem is that Kaspersky isn't communicating to the first Exim
(in hop 1) that delivery to the second Exim (in hop 2) has succeeded, so
the message is going through Kaspersky twice.

I'm confused by what you are saying about LMTP: you said that Kaspersky is
delivering to Exim via LMTP (at hop 2), which Exim does not support, but
your configuration shows that Exim is delivering to Kaspersky via LMTP (at
hop 1). You need to look more closely at what is going on in hop 2.

Internet -0-> Exim -1-> Kaspersky -2-> Exim -3-> delivered
         SMTP      LMTP           ????      disk
