OK. Kaspersky send mails to the second Exim through an LTMP integrated in
Kaspersky.
This is the "routers" configuration in first Exim:

Kaspersky sends mails to the second Exim with this binary:
/opt/kav/bin/smtpscanner, and it works OK.

The local delivery transport is the Kaspersky LMTP. I only have two
transports in first Exim, remote and local with Kaspersky. I've though
change folder for first Exim's queue and not process this new folder, but
then I could have lost mails...
