[exim] Problems with 2 exim in same server

Hi!

I have a problem with 2 Exim processes in a same server:

- First Exim listen at port 25 (SMTP) and execute Kaspersky antivirus. If a
mail isn't infected, Kaspersky send it to the second Exim through an LMTP
transport.

- Second Exim receives through LMTP these mails, and execute some routers
and transports to give mails to users.

When the second Exim has problems with NFS and can't give mails to user's
Maildirs, both Exim processes queues the mail, with different IDs. Then,
final user received the mail twice...

I have some reasons to use this configuration with 2 Exim processes. What
could I do to check this problem??
