Yes. The acl_smtp_* options are expanded, so you can choose your acl
based on the port number. For example,
acl_smtp_rcpt = acl_check_rcpt_$interface_port
# ...
acl_check_rcpt_25:
# acl clauses for port 25
acl_check_rcpt_587:
# acl clauses for port 587
