I think this shows up a wider issue. Documentation of utlities.

exipick is actually a perl script, with embedded POD documentation - so
its likely that
    perldoc /usr/sbin/exipick


will give you a man page on it. [depending on how you have perl
installed and the paths of things etc...]

Some of the perl stuff is not so well documented.

We really should be generating man pages for all of these bits.
Additionally its probably worth looking at the wiki docs/pointers for
these.

I'll deal with updating the perl stuff for documentation, and look at
getting man pages generated into the standard installation.
