RE: [exim] Bulk domain based message removal

Exipick or create router with allow_fail, and make domainlist entries you want to fail and give data-option with fail. Next time queue runner runs and sees this router it would fail the messages. And will not accept new messages inbound with those domains if you have verify=recipient in recipient ACL.
