[exim] New suggested Wiki front page

I think the wiki front page is a little awkward. I've created a new one
at this location:

http://www.exim.org/eximwiki/FrontPageTemp

The current one looks like this:

http://www.exim.org/eximwiki/FrontPage

My new page isn't nearly complete but I thought I'd rough something out
to just see what people think of it. I think the Wiki needs to be
restructured. Kind of like starting a new program - sometimes you have
to restructure and clean up.

Suggestions?
