    Or I could just glance at the documentation to find:

exim_dbmbuild /etc/aliases /etc/aliases.db


Not sure how much of a performance increase this would make, but
seems like a good start anyway.

    I was actually trying to find an option which would force
Exim to actually cache those results, but I couldn't find it in
the specification.  Seems like an option some people might like
to have available.  :)
