I have written a couple of papers which describe how we do things in
Cambridge. Our setup has roughly the same architecture to Michael's. The
first paper is about our customized Cyrus message store, which talks
mostly about the IMAP/POP side of things, including the proxy. The second
one is about the details of how we configure Exim to fit into the system
described in the first paper.
