Wow I can't believe I'm sticking up for Greg, but I think he's right.
Ok so his message might not be *completely* on topic, but if someone is
so blatantly going to violate RFC, they need to be universally
riddiculed and blocked.

I'd normally agree, but when someone is deliberately going to be a bad
Internet neighbour and cause me damage, I don't think relaxing a little
is the best course of action.
Some of us RELY on sender callouts to help reduce spam. Lunarpages have
effectively said they support spammers on their systems.
