As has been mentioned before, that's a question about your MUA
(*each* of your MUAs), not exim. Some MUAs can store user details
and never have to prompt. Most MUAs can be told to use the POP
credentials for SMTP AUTH, so they shouldn't have to prompt for both.

If you are supporting your user's MUAs, you have to learn about the
configuration capabilities of each of them. But this is not the
place to get help with that task.
