it seems to me that "accept authenticated = *" don't think the session
was previously authenticated.
when client's MUA connect directly to EXIM, it didn't ask the MUA
password and simply think they're NOT authenticated, so "relay not
permitted" happened??
what step(s) do i miss? :-(
is there something to do with ident??
