Amavis (new/NG etc) doesnt provide A/V services, just glue to link the
MTA, a virus scanner and spamassassin (or other spam scanner) together.

Anyway clamav is quite good for virus scanning, as it f-prot and
Kapersky. I also like Sophos.

As for alternative glues, I use MailScanner to great effect and
mimedefang provides a good vervice if you really want to get your hands
dirty and do alot of the glueing yourself (from what I understand).
