Some change made when I installed the most recent RPM compile of exim for
Mandrake (4.50-1mdk) has broken majordomo2. I get a panic that says:
LOG: MAIN PANIC
User 0 set for address_pipe transport is on the never_users list
LOG: MAIN
== | /usr/local/majordomo/bin/mj_enqueue -o -d texascooking.com -l texana
-P10 -p10 <texana-owner@???> R=system_aliases T=address_pipe
defer (-29): User 0 set for address_pipe transport is on the never_users
list
The configuration file doesn't even have this command running as root, which
is confusing me to no end..
/etc/exim/exim.conf reads:
majordomo_aliases:
driver = redirect
domains = /usr/local/majordomo/lists/ALIASES/mj-domains
data = ${lookup{$local_part}lsearch{/usr/local/majordomo/lists/ALIASES/mj-a
local_part_suffix = "+*"
local_part_suffix_optional
pipe_transport = address_pipe
retry_use_local_part
qualify_preserve_domain
user = majordomo
the /usr/local/majordomo file attributes are 555.
I tried removing root from the never_users field and got an error stating
user 0 is in the fixed_never_users ....
Either the "FIXED_NEVER_USERS" compile option needs to be turned off, or I
need to know how to turn this option off and recompile the RPM... Unless
it's a problem caused by the latest cvs update of mj2... I'm migrating to a
new server, so there has been alot of updating and recompiling so the
versions all match up when I do the transfer...
Any help would be appreciated.
