         It's not good to give any detail in 
bounce/warning messages unless
specially permitted by administrator.
         May be the best way to do it is to define some 
config variable
bounce_message_text (globally + in each router/transport) 
and let administrator to define
it's value. If a message is defined in transport, local 
value is used,
else global value is used), else global value is used. 
Internal error
message should be in some another variable, so it would be 
possible to
analyze it's value and generate proper 
bounce_message_text. If bounce_message_text
expansion fails, "Internal error" bounce message should be 
generated.
