First, a Connection doesn't have a FROM address since there can be
multiple messages being transmitted over a single connection.
Second: Exim will not accept a blank envelope sender by default
Third: I suspect that you want to reject messages with a <> envelope
sender, which is an extremely stupid idea. If you need to google for
the reasons, you shouldn't be running a public mail server.
Fourth: If you insist on doing so, read the FM about the recipient
ACL.
