I don't know where you grew up, but I'm from Detroit...You CAN leave
your car unlocked, and people WILL thank you for the open public service
you've provided, after they get the cash from the chop shop. Of course,
that "thanks" tends to be finding your car on blocks in a back alley in
x random neighborhood downtown somewhere... :) It's just NOT that world
anymore, man...
