Exim+Exiscan-acl does this! What does "process" entail?

There are many ways of doing that, but this sounds illegal for you to
do. Anyway, perhaps your company allows you to do this, but why go all
these steps if you can easily reject all MIME attachments with a message
telling the senders that you only allow .TXT?
Think about it ;)
