Seem there are lots of ways to skin a cat. OK there are lots of email
service managers on this list, is there a recommended way of doing
authenticated SMTP. Exim is I think we will agree far and away the best
MTA surely in this modern world of spammers and fear of open relays,
there is a recommended way of setting it up.
