It doesn't matter if it is possible, it is the wrong thing to do. It
would cause your MX host to generate bounces to mostly innocent third
parties whose addresses the spammers have forged as the envelope
sender.

SMTP-time rejection is a Good Thing, but only if all your MX hosts
implement the same rejection criteria. You need to find a provider
that can be configured to reject for you.
