True. But we can do it incrementall, can't we?
We can start by allowing it in the ACL, and changing the common default
responses. Then if/when someone wants to actually _advertise_ the
ENHANCEDSTATUSCODES ESMTP extension, they can go through and make sure
that _all_ responses will have an extended error code.
