Ups, seems I've wasn't clear enough - my mistake.

warn message = X-Spam-Report: $spam_report adds typical ascii report as in my
previous mail.

warn message = X-Spam-Report: ${rfc2047:$spam_report} adds rfc2047 encoded
report as in my first mail in this thread.

So exim does that job. Sorry again.
